Membership, events, sponsorships, renewals and finance in one calm system your staff will enjoy using. And a new
website for your chamber, built by us on top of it.
Real screens from the product, with a demo chamber in them.
Every member's history in one timeline: calls, meetings, payments, events and notes, logged by your staff.
Sell member tickets, tables of eight and sponsor packages from one event, each with its own price, seats and limits.
Who renews this month, who is in grace, and every reminder that went out, on your chamber's time zone.
Live deals, deals in discussion, and every benefit you still owe a sponsor, before the sponsor has to ask.
Membership, revenue, renewals and attendance against the last period, with an honest note wherever a number needs one.
Build a newsletter from blocks and see it exactly as members will, because the preview is rendered by the code that sends it.
The product
Built around how a chamber actually runs.
Not a generic CRM with a chamber skin. Every screen starts from work your staff already does, and
does it the way a chamber does it.
01 Events
Events that sell tables, not just tickets.
Your gala sells general admission, tables of eight, and a Gold sponsorship. Chamberly counts capacity in seats, so a table takes eight. A paid seat is held for 30 minutes while the money arrives, by card or by a cheque your staff records, and it is never sold twice.
Plans can include events, so Premier members get in free and still pay for a sponsorship

02 Renewals
Renewals that run on your clock.
Reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day out, sent at 9 in the morning where your chamber is. Then the invoice, a grace period, follow-ups, and only then expiry. Every step is yours to change, and the cycle stays off until you turn it on.
No member gets the same reminder twice
Failed sends are listed with a resend button

03 Money
Money you can explain to your treasurer.
Card, cheque, bank transfer, cash or waived, all in one ledger. Every online payment shows what the member paid, what Stripe kept, and what reached your account. Chamberly keeps nothing. At month end, export journal entries your accountant imports into QuickBooks. If they don't balance, Chamberly won't build the file.

04 Reporting
The eight numbers a director takes to the board.
Membership mix, joins and leaves, lapse rate, committed and collected revenue, upcoming renewals, event attendance, and the application pipeline. Each one against the previous period, ready to print. Where a number is weaker than it looks, the report says so beside it.

snapshot
*A snapshot of how many memberships are lapsed today, not a churn rate. The report tells your board which is which.
Principles
The rules are in the code, not the brochure.
Chamber software fails in the details: a double-sold table, a reminder at 3 AM, a board slide that
overstates churn. These are the decisions we made so yours doesn't.
01
A paid seat is a hold until the money arrives.
Card, cheque or bank transfer, the seat is confirmed when the payment is. A late job or a slow webhook can never sell it twice.
02
A newsletter unsubscribe never stops a renewal notice.
Members can leave your marketing list and still hear about their dues. A spam complaint or a bounce stops everything.
03
Nothing emails your members until you say so.
The renewal cycle ships switched off. You review the schedule, then turn it on.
04
A chamber without Stripe is a supported setup, not a broken one.
Invoices, cheques and cash are first-class. Connect online payments when you're ready, or never.
05
Everything runs on your chamber's clock.
Reminders, reports and listing expiry follow your time zone, not the server's. A deal ends at the end of your day.
06
Where a number is weaker than it looks, the report says so.
A lapse snapshot is labelled as a snapshot, not dressed up as churn. Your board acts on what's true.
And the rest of the week
Everything else a chamber runs on.
One place for the work that is spread today across a CRM, a mail tool, a form builder, a spreadsheet
and a shared inbox.
Your brand on the sign-up page. Not ours.
Every event gets a public page with your logo, your colour, a map, and a count of who is coming. Names
show as initials unless you choose otherwise.

A portal members use.
They pay invoices, save a card, update their directory listing, and post deals and jobs for your approval.
Email from your own domain.
Block-built newsletters that render in Outlook, audiences from your member filters, scheduled sends, and automations

A directory members keep current.
Members suggest changes from the portal, staff approve. Nested categories, featured listings, opt-outs.
Your website, built on your data.
Events, directory, blog, pages and sign-ups over a REST API with scoped, revocable keys. Point your
agency, or an AI coding agent through our MCP server, at it. The MCP serves context, never member records.
Each chamber runs on its own instance with its own database, nothing shared with anyone else. The activity
log shows who changed what, and keeps money and permission changes for seven years.

Switching
Leaving GrowthZone? We do the heavy lifting.
The hard part of switching isn't the price. It's years of member history. So we move it for you, and we build
your new site while we're at it.
From GrowthZone (ChamberMaster), MemberClicks or a spreadsheet. We map the fields and import your members, plans and directory.
2
We build your new website
Designed for your chamber and wired to Chamberly, so events, the directory and sign-ups stay current without anyone copying them over.
3
Your staff takes it from there
Built for people who aren't technical. If a screen needs a tooltip to make sense, we change the screen.
4
Your accountant keeps QuickBooks
Chamberly feeds it balanced journal entries every month instead of trying to replace it.
Pricing
One flat price. No cut of your dues.
You pay by the size of your chamber, and every plan includes everything. What members pay reaches your
account minus Stripe's own fee, and Chamberly takes nothing from it.

Founding chambers
The first three chambers pay nothing for two months, then keep their founding rate for good.
We don't have testimonials yet.
We'd rather earn them.
Chamberly is new. We're looking for three chambers to run on it first, with us beside them. Here is the
whole deal, in plain terms.
3 of 3 places open. United States, any size.
01
Two months free
Use Chamberly for two months before paying anything. We only get paid if you stay.
02
We move your data
Members, plans and directory from GrowthZone (ChamberMaster), MemberClicks or Excel. You send the export, we do the import.
03
A direct line to the people who build it
A shared channel with the founders. You'll shape what gets built next.
04
Founder pricing, for good
The rate you start on stays your rate, even after public pricing goes up.
What we ask in return
After 90 days, if Chamberly is working, an honest on-the-record review with your name, your chamber and
your real results. If it isn't, you leave with a clean export of your data and no hard feelings.
Something not covered here? Ask us on the demo, or write to
[email protected].
Do you really build our website?
Yes, on every plan. We design a site for your chamber and connect it to Chamberly, so events, the member directory, the blog and sign-up forms update themselves. You bring your branding and content.
We already have a website and a web agency. Can we keep them?
Yes. Your agency builds on Chamberly's REST API with a key scoped to what the website needs. If they use AI coding tools, our MCP server gives those tools your branding and the API's shape without ever exposing member records.
What exactly do you migrate?
Your members and their details, membership plans, and directory listings, from a GrowthZone (ChamberMaster) or MemberClicks export or a spreadsheet. We map the fields and do the import with you. Tell us what else you need moved and we'll say honestly what's possible.
Do we need Stripe?
No. Invoices, cheques, cash and bank transfers work without it, with no Chamberly fee. Connect Stripe when you want members to pay by card or bank online. Payments go to your own Stripe account, not ours.
How is our data kept separate?
Each chamber runs on its own instance with its own database. Nothing is shared with other chambers. Every change is recorded in an activity log, and staff sessions end the moment a user is deactivated.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. You leave with an export of your data, at no charge.
What doesn't Chamberly do yet?
Certificates of origin, a built-in general ledger (we feed QuickBooks instead), SMS, automatic card charging on renewal, and recurring events. If one of those is a deal-breaker, tell us on the demo. Founding chambers shape what gets built next.
See Chamberly with your chamber in it.
Thirty minutes with a founder. Bring your current setup and your hardest week, and we'll show you how it runs here.
